Florida Rules of Traffic Court

These rules, cited as “Florida Rules of Traffic Court” and abbreviated as “Fla. R. Traf. Ct.,” shall take effect at 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 1975. These rules govern practice and procedure in any traffic case and specifically apply to practice and procedure in county courts and before civil traffic infraction hearing officers.
